All the Fitness Fertility training plans are designed to support you on your #ttcjourney. In addition to helping you get fitter and stronger, they all include fertility supporting yoga movements, designed to increase blood flow to the uterus and ovaries (helpful for uterine and egg health), relax the pelvis area and lower stress hormones. They will help you lower your BMI before treatment, keep you accountable and our friendly community groups mean you will be supported by other women just like you. Weekly check ins and regular contact with your trainer mean that you will be fully supported every step of the way.
