BMI. Weight. How low did you go?
I know a number of men and women are trying to lose weight, or rather lower their BMI so that they can have fertility treatment but I was still a bit surprised when I came across the #weightlossforfertility a few weeks ago.
So, I thought I would ask you all for your thoughts.
Do you use this #?
If you are trying to lose weight, or have lost weight in the past, what method worked for you? Are you a SW girl, a WW advocate, have you given fasting a try? Do you just 'watch what you eat'? Have you tried mindful eating?
I have tried SW, WW and also fasting. Fasting suits me best but I know it is definitely not for everyone. Everyone is different and needs to pick what works best for them.
